Privacy & booking

Appointment requests collect your name, email, phone, selected service, preferred time, and optional notes so Laura can respond. Requests are stored privately by the studio, not in your browser. Do not include card details, medical information, or other sensitive information.

A request does not reserve a slot or confirm an appointment. Laura will contact you with confirmation and payment details. This version does not process cards or send automated confirmation messages.

Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee determined by the studio.

To ask about or request deletion of your appointment information, contact Laura at (956) 467-7084. The studio uses its own visit and interaction statistics, including an anonymous browser identifier. AI conversations are processed by OpenAI and may be reviewed privately by the studio to improve answers. Voice recordings are sent for transcription only when you use the microphone button; they are not kept by the studio after transcription. Do not enter card details or passwords in chat. No advertising trackers are used. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. The location preview loads Google Maps, and directions open Google Maps. The concierge uses live AI conversation and an AI-generated voice to help with studio services and appointment requests. Laura confirms appointments and final service details.
